Terms and Conditions

We fill each order as they are received and are on a monthly ordering system.  Please place your order byt the 5th of every month to receive it by the end of that given month.  Production times may vary and some items may be able to be filled sooner than expected.


If there are any ordering issues, the quickest route to a resolution is to email us at stephanie@burpeeman.com or tiffany@burpeeman.com.  This would include:

  • Issues with charges, to include shipping
  • incorrect ordering size/color/logo (though once filled, no changes can be made)
  • delivery method changes

Return and Refund Policy

All items are treated as final sale, as they are made to order, based off the color and logo choice. We do allow for returns with a restock fee of $10/item. Please be sure to use the size charts or make an appointment for accurate sizing.


Full refunds will be given to damaged upon receiving or problematic logos within 3 washes.  These full refunds are on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.  Please email stephanie@burpeeman.com or tiffany@burpeeman.com with any issues or questions.

NEW ORDERING PROCEDURES

Spirit wear orders are now on a short term open window - bulk ordering -  system.  Please note the following:

- The site will NOW close on 2 OCTOBER, at close of business (6pm) - The school has extended the closing deadline!

- Mail delivery or School Drop-off will occur approximately 3 weeks after the close of the orders.  Please allow us time to process and fill all orders during this time.

- Flat Rate Mail services have increased to $10 per order - choosing shipping DOES NOT ensure you will receive it quicker than the School Drop-off.  It is all a bulk order fill, no matter your receiving metho
